"Eric is my youngest brother. He was a great father and husband, whose time on Earth was far too short. He had an adventurous spirit, wasn't afraid to try anything or do anything and faced life's challenges with hope and enthusiasm; relishing every opportunity that came his way. All who knew him, loved him".
